Joanne Dyke
Registered Manager
Joanne Dyke was appointed Registered Manager, due to her extensive experience within the Health and Social Care Sector coupled with her highly developed Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills. Joanne is responsible for Care Delivery, Staff Communication, Compliance, Training, etc. including liaising with all clients and their family members.
Having been employed by some of the largest Health and Social Care companies in the UK, Joanne‘s passion is to apply the highest possible standards of care to every one of Carefour’s Clients and Carers, without exception. In Joanne’s own words: “Strong communication and relationship building skills are key to client and carer satisfaction and to achieving the highest possible standards of care.”
Jason Smith
Director
Jason Smith is a founding Director and oversees the operational and finance activities of the company and is a graduate of Worcester University. He has over 20 years of running successful well-managed businesses at board level both in Limited and Public companies on the London Stock Exchange. Jason works closely with the executive management team to fully support the strong performance of the business and as Nominated Person with the Care Quality Commission, he ensures Carefour’s working practices meet with the regulation that comes with being registered with the CQC. Jason’s passion for fair working conditions for Carers and a drive to deliver excellent care are seen on a daily basis through the feedback from clients and carers alike.
Kevin Savage
Director
Kevin Savage is a founding Director and oversees technical activities at Carefour, brings over 30 years of experience leading successful businesses in both Limited and Public companies. Responsible for all IT solutions and security, Kevin ensures Carefour remains at the forefront of technological innovation, implementing advanced systems that streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and protect sensitive data. Working closely with the executive team, he drives the integration of technology to support carers, improve client outcomes, and meet the rigorous standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Kevin’s passion for using technology to deliver exceptional care and create fair working conditions is a cornerstone of Carefour’s continued success.

As a Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator, my role involves supporting recruitment and onboarding processes while also managing the administrative aspects of the office. I enjoy meeting new people—those seeking opportunities to make a real difference in others’ lives.
